GENERAL APPEARANCE: Katrina-Carlotta has long dark hair that she adores, but pins up whenever it gets in the way. She has very expressive eyebrows, and takes advantage of that as much as she can. Her skin is tanned from her time in Italy, even though she never went outside with the purpose of getting a tan.
She prefers to wear darker colors, as she simply likes them better and it's easier to blend in with them. She does not wear jewelry often, as she thinks it's a safety hazard while fighting. There are also certain dark magics that she practices, that one should not have loose clothing while using.

PERSONALITY: Katrina-Carlotta is a person who cares very, very little about the people around her. The only people she currently truly cares are her parents and two mentors. The best way to get close to her is to interest her, as she hates boring people and tends to latch onto things that fascinate her.
She has no qualms with killing, or many other illegal actions. However, she does have a moral compass, even if that moral compass is incredibly twisted. For example, she refuses to create orphans. If she kills the parents, she kills the child too. Some would consider this an even worse offence, but Miss Du Hunt is nothing if not stubborn in her ways. She is also very manipulative, but will get quite irritated if things do not go her way. When truly enraged, she will lash out before thinking. If able to calm herself before lashing out, she will go somewhere to do something productive with her pent-up magic.

CHARACTER HISTORY

Early Years: Her mother is a half German, half English woman who grew up in Germany. Her father is of English blood but spent his young life in Russia. When they were old enough to, both of them moved to England, met, and married. When the Second Wizarding War started, the couple fled to Italy. By 10 years old, Katrina-Carlotta could speak English, Italian, German, and Russian fluently. Her English has an odd accent to this day. Her father's English has a Russian accent, and her mother's has a German one, so since she learned the tongue from them, her English has a mixture of a bit of both.
Hogwarts Years: Katrina-Carlotta did not attend magical school. Instead, she apprenticed under two powerful wizards named Santo and Savino Gallo. The only reason they agreed, was because one of the twins owed her father a favor. While they did not neglect any part of her education, they did focus on her strengths. It was during this time that the witch began to drift away from her parents. Neither of her parents were very intelligent, and it didn't take long for her to surpass them both mentally and magically.
Adulthood: Santo and Savino were both dark wizards, and had meant it when they promised that they would teach Katrina-Carlotta everything they knew. They had not regretted it, as they both found themselves thinking of the girl as the daughter neither would ever have. As a result, Miss Du Hunt did not leave the tutelage of the Gallo twins until she was 19, and by that time was already a skilled dark witch. She spent the next five years hunting down and learning more dark knowledge. Her parents had been more than happy to fund her "world travels" after her "many years of hard work and studying".
Almost ten years after that, Katrina-Carlotta had built up quite the reputation in certain parts of Europe, and had been accepting assassination jobs. When a Death Eater approached her, she had assumed it was for a hit, but he had come to try and recruit her. After listening to his spiel, Katrina-Carlotta found herself thoroughly interested. After a little bit more talking, the witch found out that he was a new recruit and had not told a soul about his plan to retrieve her. The next day while in flight, the man had a broom malfunction and fell to his death.
