Marco looked at her as if seeing her for the first time. Through the haze of his anguish fueled by anger he saw her face and the concern in her eyes was too much. He felt the trails of wetness on his face and his anger rekindled. She had seen him at a weakness he would have thought beneath himself. He pulled his emotions deep within himself and closed his eyes. When he opened them they were bright clear blue again and his face was stoic and his mask back in perfect place.

He had shut down again, whatever he had allowed to be seen was over now. He retreated within his typical cynicism. "I apologize, Christabelle, I had intended to escape here to let off some steam, I'm sorry you had to witness my idiocy." He stood now, and faced her his entire body saying the matter was closed. She meant well, he understood that; but he was not ready to reveal his secret knowledge to her yet. Not until it was confirmed, it was important to the Confederacy, but again, only if confirmed.

Christabelle sighed, "Wasn't it you who told me it isn't good to hold things inside?" she asked looking at him. "It wasn't idoicy if you feel it was a good thing to do." she continued to say, "Because you aren't irrational at all Marco. You had to of had a good reason." she said looking at him still concerned.
