John is slender as a sword and quite tall for his age. He looks quite thin, but is far stronger then he looks. He looks a lot like his father. He's inherited the same long untidy dark hair, the serious, stern expression, hard grey eyes and the narrow angular features. Whoever his mother was, she had left little of herself in him.

PERSONALITY:
John is a very serious young kid. He is fiercely competitive and strives to win in everything he does, but he also hates winning easily. He enjoys a challenge more then anything else, and pushing himself to the limit. He wants to know the limits of his potential so he can improve them. In quidditch, music, classes and dueling, John practices as often as he can and keeps getting better. His motivation comes from his troubled childhood, when he was usually treated quite badly by his stepmother, and lived in the shadows of his half-siblings.
John is not so good socially though. Try as he might, he finds it very difficult to make friends. He's very nice and helpful, but just not fun to be around with. He's too bossy, and hates being told what to do. He also doesn't have a great sense of humor, and seldom ever smiles. His few friends though are very close to him and he trusts them fiercely.
Jon is very honorable. He seldom lies, and has a very good knowledge in whats right and whats wrong. He always tries to do the right thing, even when it doesn't seem beneficial for him. He is also quite impulsive, and acts usually without thinking and usually gets in trouble for that. He has quite a temper, and doesn't think when he is angry. Music usually calms him and his favirote hobby is either listening to or playing music.

Early Years:
Johns early years were quite tumultous. He has his good memories, but some bad ones too. John's not quite sure who his real mother was, his father won't speak of her, and he does not remember anything about her. He's not sure if shes alive or dead. Anyway, his father married another woman who his parents thought he was fit to marry a short while after Jon was born. His step mother was not happy about his presence, but no matter what she said his father wouldn't send him away. Still, she made sure that he wasn't treated nearly as well as her real children. His father was usually way for work and didn't notice his treatment. He had a good relationship with most of his siblings, though he was still treated as someone inferior by most of them. Of all the children, only Jon and Aria had magic potential. His stepmother was happy to send him off to Hogwarts

At Hogwarts John joined the quidditch team in his second year. He excels in his classes, though he does not have that many friends, only a few close ones.

Stannis Baratheon was proving to be a prickly guest, and a restless one. He had ridden down the kingsroad almost as far as Queenscrown, prowled through the empty hovels of Mole's Town, inspected the ruined forts at Queensgate and Oakenshield. Each night he walked atop the Wall with Lady Melisandre, and during the days he visited the stockades, picking captives out for the red woman to question. He does not like to be balked. This would not be a pleasant morning, John feared.
From the armory came a clatter of shields and swords, as the latest lot of boys and raw recruits armed themselves. He could hear the voice of Iron Emmett telling them to be quick about it. Cotter Pyke had not been pleased to lose him, but the young ranger had a gift for training men. He loves to fight, and he'll teach his boys to love it too. Or so he hoped.
